: (1) Measuring and weighing devices required to check commercial measuring and weighing or measuring and weighing devices brought into commercial use will be prepared by the Government of Nepal according to the requirements.
(2) The measuring and weighing devices as per sub-section (1) shall be checked and fixed in the prescribed manner and number.
(3) The set of measuring and weighing devices as per sub-section (1) shall be kept in the place where the secondary or executive set is kept.
